At the same time, the local systems and regulations are complex — incorporation, visas, tax and legal work each demand real expertise. Many people come to Jalan Bersama after procedures elsewhere stalled, or after never quite getting the support they needed.

I went through this myself.
約15年前、バリ島へ移住し、自ら会社を設立し、就労ビザを取得する過程で、信頼できる専門家を見つけることの難しさを痛感しました。時間も費用も費やしながら、思うように手続きが進まない経験を重ねたことが、Jalan Bersamaを立ち上げる原点となっています。
About fifteen years ago I moved to Bali, set up my own company and went through the work-visa process myself — and felt first-hand how hard it is to find specialists you can trust. Spending time and money while procedures refused to move: those experiences are where Jalan Bersama began.
その後、長年にわたり信頼関係を築いてきた弁護士、公証人（Notaris）、公認会計士をはじめとする専門家とチームを結成し、会社設立、法務、税務・会計、各種許認可、ビザ申請までを一貫してサポートできる体制を整えました。
Since then, I have built a team with the lawyers, notaries (Notaris) and certified public accountants I have come to trust over many years — a structure that supports everything from incorporation, legal, tax and accounting to licensing and visa applications, end to end.
