個人情報保護方針 / Privacy Policy

Jalan Bersama（PT KOMS Trust T/A Jalan Bersama、以下「当方」といいます）は、お客様の個人情報を、その重要性を認識し、適切に取り扱うことを約束します。本ポリシーは、当方がLINE・メール・お電話・ウェブサイトその他を通じて取得するお客様の個人情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

当方は、次の情報を取得することがあります。
- お客様からご提供いただく情報：お名前、ご連絡先（LINEアカウント情報・表示名、メールアドレス、電話番号など）、ご相談内容および状況（ご希望のサービス、在留資格・渡航予定、事業内容など、ご相談に必要な範囲）
- やり取りの記録：LINE・メール・お電話等でのご連絡内容および対応履歴
- ウェブサイトの利用に伴い自動的に取得する情報：IPアドレス、ブラウザ・端末の情報、閲覧ページ、アクセス日時、Cookie等の識別情報
当方は、原則として、思想・信条や健康・病歴などの特別な配慮を要する情報（要配慮個人情報）を必要としません。ご相談の性質上こうした情報をお知らせいただく場合は、ご相談への対応の範囲でのみ利用します。
3. 利用目的
取得した個人情報は、次の目的の範囲で利用します。
- お問い合わせ・ご相談への回答、ご連絡、ご案内のため
- ビザ・在留資格、会社設立（PT／PMA）、法務・税務・会計、採用・労務、許認可などのサービスのご提供・お手続きの代行のため
- お見積りの作成、お手続きの進行管理、期限の管理のため
- ご本人確認、および料金のご案内・お支払いに関するご連絡のため
- サービスの品質維持・向上、およびウェブサイトの改善のため
- 法令上の義務の履行、および紛争・不正の防止のため
4. 取得の方法
個人情報は、LINE公式アカウント、メール、ウェブサイト上のお問い合わせ導線、お電話、対面でのご相談などを通じて、適法かつ公正な手段により取得します。
5. 外部サービスの利用・業務委託
当方は、サービスの提供・運営のため、以下の外部サービスを利用しています。利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、これらの事業者に情報の取り扱いを委託し、または情報が送信されることがあります。各事業者はそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を取り扱います。
- LINEヤフー株式会社（LINE）：LINE公式アカウントを通じたメッセージの送受信
- Google LLC：メールの送受信（Gmail）、およびお問い合わせ対応を補助するAI（Gemini）による会話内容の処理
- Resend：通知メールの配信
- Upstash：会話セッションの一時的な保存
- Vercel：ウェブサイトのホスティングおよびアクセスログの記録
6. 第三者への提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合、またはご本人の同意がある場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、提携する現地の専門家（弁護士・公証人（Notaris）・会計士など）に情報を共有する場合は、事前にその旨をお伝えし、必要な同意をいただいたうえで行います。
7. 国外への移転（越境移転）
上記5の外部サービスの一部は、インドネシア・日本国外（米国など）に所在するサーバーで情報を処理します。これに伴い、お客様の個人情報が国外に移転される場合があります。当方は、移転先の制度や保護の水準を合理的な範囲で確認し、適切な保護に努めます。
8. Cookie・アクセス情報について
当ウェブサイトでは、利便性の向上や利用状況の把握のためにCookie等を使用する場合があります。Cookieはブラウザの設定で無効にできますが、その場合、一部の機能がご利用いただけないことがあります。なお、当方は現在、広告目的の行動追跡（トラッキング）Cookieを使用していません。
9. 個人情報の保管期間
取得した個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、および関係法令が保存を求める期間に限り保管します。目的を終えた個人情報は、適切な方法で速やかに消去または匿名化します。
10. 安全管理措置
当方は、個人情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失または毀損を防止するため、アクセス権限の管理、通信の暗号化、委託先の適切な監督など、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
11. お客様の権利（開示・訂正・削除等）
お客様は、ご自身の個人情報について、開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止・第三者提供の停止などをご請求いただけます。下記のお問い合わせ窓口まで、ご本人であることを確認できる情報とあわせてご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い、速やかに対応します。

13. 準拠法および本ポリシーの改定
本ポリシーは、日本の個人情報保護法およびインドネシアの個人データ保護法（2022年法律第27号）を含む、適用される法令に従って解釈・運用されます。当方は、法令の変更やサービス内容の見直しに応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Jalan Bersama (PT KOMS Trust T/A Jalan Bersama, “we,” “us”) recognises the importance of your personal information and is committed to handling it appropriately. This policy explains how we handle the personal information we obtain through LINE, email, phone, our website, and other means.
1. Who we are
Operator: PT KOMS Trust (trading as Jalan Bersama). Location: Bali, Indonesia. Contact: jalanbersama@gmail.com or our official LINE account.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, contact details (LINE account and display name, email address, phone number), and the content and context of your inquiry (the service you need, residency or travel plans, business details) to the extent needed to help you.
- Records of our correspondence on LINE, email and phone.
- Information collected automatically when you use the site: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, timestamps, and cookies or similar identifiers.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and keep you informed.
- To provide our services and handle procedures on your behalf: visas and residency, company setup (PT / PMA), legal, tax and accounting, hiring and labour, and licensing.
- To prepare quotes and manage the progress and deadlines of your case.
- To verify your identity and communicate about fees and payment.
- To maintain and improve the quality of our services and this website.
- To meet legal obligations and prevent fraud or disputes.
4. Service providers we use
We use the following third-party services to operate and deliver our services. Information may be entrusted to or transmitted to them only to the extent needed for the purposes above, and each handles data under its own privacy policy:
- LY Corporation (LINE) — messaging via our official LINE account.
- Google LLC — email (Gmail) and an AI assistant (Gemini) that helps us respond, which processes conversation content.
- Resend — delivery of notification emails.
- Upstash — temporary storage of conversation sessions.
- Vercel — website hosting and access logs.
5. Sharing, and transfers outside your country
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties without your consent except where required by law. Where sharing with a trusted local specialist (a lawyer, notary or accountant) is necessary to deliver a service, we tell you in advance and obtain the consent required. Some of the services listed above process data on servers located outside Indonesia and Japan (for example, in the United States), so your information may be transferred across borders; we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains appropriately protected.
6. Cookies
Our site may use cookies to improve usability and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may then be unavailable. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for any period required by law, after which we delete or anonymise it. We take reasonable measures — access controls, encryption in transit, and oversight of our providers — to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or damage.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, addition to, deletion of, or suspension of use or third-party provision of your personal information. Contact us at jalanbersama@gmail.com with information confirming your identity, and we will respond promptly in accordance with applicable law.
9. Governing law and changes
This policy is interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). We may update this policy as laws or our services change; the updated version takes effect when posted on this page.
